Mūṅkil kōṭṭai

Moongil Kottai is a famous novel written by Chandilyan. It was serialized in the Malaysian Tamil magazine 'Tamil Nesan'. Later, it was published in book form by Vanathi Publishing House. The novel is based on the events that took place after the Battle of Thalayanangan between the Pandya king Nedunchezhiyan and the Chera Chola and some minor kingdoms in the 3rd century AD
